FAQs

  • Price varies based on the event, number of participants, and desired painting.

    Public events range from $40-$55 per person.

    Private and corporate events depend on the number of participants. Private parties must have no less than 6 people and begin at $45 per person. The more participants, the cheaper it is!

    • These numbers are estimates and do not account for venue fees, mileage, a curated theme, or specialty paintings

    • Be on the lookout for discount codes via my social media pages and email list!

  • Public and Private parties run about 2 hours, possibly a little longer for specialty designs.

    Corporate parties that include a warm up activity will run between 2-3 hours.

    • this time does not include set-up or clean-up of event.

    To keep time to a manageable scale, please arrive at least 10 minutes early to pick a seat and get settled. I recommend arriving 30 minutes early if food and drinks are involved.

  • No worries! I will walk you step by step through the process and will stop for any questions and extra demonstrations if needed. Stencils will also aid us in our precess, so come and  freshen up your skills OR try something new!

  • Nothing but a good attitude! I will walk you through each step of this painting and give demonstrations of all techniques. All materials are provided and include: 11”x 14” wood framed canvas, paint, paint brushes, water cups, paint plates, paper towels, easel (optional), apron/smock, disposable table cloths. Specialty designs include all embellishments like raffia, stencils, glitter/ gold paint etc.

    (Please take your canvas home to enjoy, but kindly return all other items to the instructor.)

  • YES! However, I recommend it for children 8 and up.

    This class is for beginners- intermediate. I will walk you step by step through the process and will stop for any questions and extra demonstrations if needed. Depending on the painting, stencils will also aid us in our process.

    *For children under 13, I require adult supervision and will not be liable for any ruined clothing, furniture etc. due to accidents or negligence.

  • We will be using standard, craft acrylic paints. These are water- based, which means they clean up well with soap and water UNLESS it gets on your clothing- then it is permanent. These paints are non-toxic and should wash off the skin very easily, however they are NEVER TO BE INGESTED. As we will only use these paints as intended, there should be no issue with toxicity.
